We have a complete in house workshop for maintenance of computers. Each aspect like costs involved, lead time, downtime, help desk support function is studied in a detailed manner and then a support plan is implemented. To protect the multi-vendor environment, while the system is in-warranty and post-warranty period, we provide effective services so as the hardware works without trouble. Our engineers have the required know-how of the IT world and hence are able to provide consultation for computer maintenance and network planning. The main professional service provided by Al Roman Technologies is the Project Management. Project management is divided into different phases as follows:

Training
We are providing Training for all Pastel products. We are the Authorized Training Centre (ATC) for Sage Pastel Products in the United Arab Emirates.

Training is provided through our Sage Pastel Authorized Training Centers (ATCs), with highly experienced and certified trainers providing you with the knowledge and guidance you require during the course.
We are offering training classes for Sage Pastel users in our Training Centre located in Al Khaleej Centre, Bur Dubai. Training manuals will be provided to the students and a course certificate will be awarded from Sage Pastel, South Africa. Our training courses are as follows:

Our Gold and Silver contract covers On Site Support as well as telephonic and email support.
